Most businesses have two front doors: the form on the website, and an address like hello@ or support@. Form messages arrive as notification emails, the rest lands in a mailbox, and nobody sees both in one place. A lead sits in one while you work through the other.
Put them in one inbox and there's one list to work through. Every message, whichever door it came in by, is labeled, summarized and sent to whoever should have it.

Step by step
- 1
Create your inbox. Type your email on the home page and press Create your inbox: no password, no card. Open the link we email you to claim it.
- 2
Connect your form. The guide for your site shows how: Webflow, Framer, WordPress, an AI builder or your own code.
- 3
Forward your address. Open Get set up and choose email, then type the address your customers write to. InboxPanda looks up where its mail is hosted and shows that provider's steps: Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, Cloudflare Email Routing, Fastmail, iCloud Mail, Zoho Mail, Yahoo Mail, Proton Mail, or another.
- 4
Check it. From another address, send an email to the one you forward. It shows up next to your form's messages, and the step turns green.
Where you can, forward only the mail sent to that one address, with a filter or a rule. Forwarding everything works too, but then every email counts toward your plan's monthly messages, personal mail included.

No address yet?
Each inbox has its own email address, ending in
@in.inboxpanda.io. Put it on your site as your contact address and there's nothing to forward.3
When your admin has to do it
On Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, forwarding to an outside address may be switched off. The steps then change to the ones for whoever manages your email, and you can send them those steps from InboxPanda in one click.

Answering
Open a message and reply from the inbox. Panda drafts the reply from your notes, and you edit and send. Your answer goes out as "Your inbox's name via InboxPanda", or from your own address once you connect your domain on Pro or Business. When they write back, the reply joins the same conversation.
For questions you answer the same way every week, like delivery times, prices or opening hours, Panda can answer on its own on Pro and Business. It only answers what your notes cover, and each answer waits five minutes so you can stop it.
