Form endpoint
Post any form to your inbox's endpoint, from HTML, JavaScript or your own server. No SDK and no API key.
Your endpoint
Each inbox has one, like https://inboxpanda.io/f/your-form-id. Find it in the inbox's Settings, under Messages in, with ready-made code for HTML, React and cURL.
A plain HTML form
<form action="https://inboxpanda.io/f/your-form-id" method="POST">
<input name="name" required>
<input name="email" type="email" required>
<textarea name="message" required></textarea>
<input name="_honey" style="display:none">
<button>Send</button>
</form>
Every input needs a name: that's the field's name in your inbox. After sending, the visitor sees a thank-you page, or your own page if you set one.
Options
Fields that start with _ are options, not part of the message:
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
_redirect |
A page on the site your form is on, to send the visitor to after sending. A page on another site is ignored, and the visitor sees your thank-you page. |
_subject |
The subject line of your notification email. |
_honey |
A spam trap. Keep it hidden and empty: bots fill it in, people don't. |
JSON and JavaScript
Post JSON instead of a form, and send Accept: application/json to get {"ok": true, "id": "…"} back instead of a thank-you page:
const res = await fetch("https://inboxpanda.io/f/your-form-id", {
method: "POST",
headers: { "Content-Type": "application/json", Accept: "application/json" },
body: JSON.stringify({ name: "Ana", email: "ana@example.com", message: "Do you ship to Lisbon?" }),
})
The same works from a server, or with cURL:
curl https://inboxpanda.io/f/your-form-id \
-H "Accept: application/json" \
-d name=Ana -d email=ana@example.com -d message="Do you ship to Lisbon?"
File uploads
Send the form as multipart/form-data with an <input type="file">:
<form action="https://inboxpanda.io/f/your-form-id" method="POST" enctype="multipart/form-data">
<input name="email" type="email" required>
<input name="cv" type="file">
<button>Send</button>
</form>
PDF, Word, text and image files are accepted, up to 4 MB per message in total. Uploads work once you've claimed the inbox, and count toward your plan's monthly upload allowance.
Limits
Each message counts toward your plan's monthly messages, except spam. On Free, the form stops taking messages at the monthly limit until the 1st. See Plans and billing.
Building with an AI tool
AI builders and coding assistants can read everything here from inboxpanda.io/llms.txt, and create an inbox for you. See MCP and CLI.
