Framer forms can send each submission to a webhook: a web address that receives it as data. Point that webhook at your InboxPanda endpoint and every submission arrives in an inbox you can read, sort, forward and answer, next to the email your customers send you. Your form, its fields and its design stay exactly as they are.
1
Before you start
- A Framer site with a form on it.
- An InboxPanda inbox. Type your email on the home page and press Create your inbox: no password, no card. Open the link we email you to claim it.
2
Step by step
- 1
In InboxPanda, open Settings, then Messages in, and copy your endpoint. It looks like
https://inboxpanda.io/f/your-form-id. - 2
In Framer, select your form.
- 3
In the right sidebar, find Send To and press Add…, then choose Webhook.
- 4
Paste your endpoint as the webhook URL.
- 5
Publish your site.
Framer sends each submission as JSON, with your inputs' names as the field names. Name your inputs the way you'd want to read them, like
name, emailandmessage: those are the names you'll see in your inbox. You can keep Framer's own destinations, like email or Google Sheets, alongside the webhook. Each one gets its own copy.

Check it works
Open your published site and send the form from a different email address than your own. It shows up in your inbox within a few seconds, with a label and a one-line summary, and you get an email about it.
If it doesn't arrive:
- Look in Spam. A message that only says "test" can land there. Press Not spam to bring it back.
- Check the URL. It starts with
https://and ends with your form's id, with no space before or after. - Republish. Framer's form settings apply to the published site once you publish.

What changes with an inbox behind the form
An email notification tells you a message came in. An inbox tells you what it is. Each message gets one of your own labels, like Sales lead or Booking, and how sure Panda is. The list shows a one-line summary instead of the message's first line, and the facts the sender wrote, like a budget or a date, sit on top.
From there, each kind of message goes where it should: sales leads to your sales address, invoices to your accountant, the rest to you, Slack or your own webhook. Panda drafts a reply from your notes, and on Pro and Business can answer routine questions on its own, five minutes after they arrive unless you stop it.
