Terms of service

These terms are between you and Pwnera SAS. By creating an inbox you agree to them.

The service

InboxPanda receives submissions from your forms, classifies and summarises them with AI, and delivers them to your inbox, email, Slack or webhooks. AI output can be wrong; check anything important before acting on it.

Acceptable use

• Do not collect passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs or health data through InboxPanda.
• Do not use it for phishing, impersonation, spam, or to collect data without telling people.
• You are responsible for having a lawful basis and a privacy notice for the data your inboxes collect.

We may suspend inboxes that break these rules.

Plans and limits

The free plan includes 250 submissions per inbox per month. Inboxes that have not been claimed by email are limited further. Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance and can be cancelled any time.

Your data

You own your inboxes and their messages. We process submissions on your behalf as described in the privacy policy; a data processing agreement is available on request.

Availability

We aim for the targets on our status page but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on the free plan.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of France.

Changes

We will email you before material changes take effect. You can delete your account any time.
