Your account and your data

Signing in

There's no password. Press Sign in, type your email address, and we email you a link. It works once, for 15 minutes. If you were signed out, sign in again to pick up where you left off.

Signing out

Account settings, then Sign out. It signs you out in this browser only.

Your form pages' address

On Pro and Business, your hosted forms can have their own address, like yourname.inboxpanda.page. Set it in Account settings, under Page address. You can change it once every 30 days, and the old address keeps working for 90.

Export your data

Export your data downloads one JSON file with your account, every inbox and its settings, and every message with its classification. To download the messages in a list as a spreadsheet instead, open the menu beside the list's select box and press Export as CSV.

Analytics

We count a few named product events, like "form created", to see what works. No cookies, no session recording, nothing stored on your device. Opt out of analytics turns it off in that browser. See the privacy policy.

Your messages and AI

We don't train AI models on your messages. They're only used to sort, summarize and reply for you. The companies that process data for us are listed on the subprocessors page.

Delete your account

Account settings, then Delete account. Type your email address to confirm and press Delete everything. It permanently deletes every inbox, every message and your account, and your form endpoints and email addresses stop working at once. This can't be undone.

On a team, only the account owner can delete the account. A colleague can leave the team instead. See Team members.
