Notes and Teach Panda
Tell Panda about your business once, so its drafts and answers sound like you and say what's true.
Teach Panda
Teach Panda, in the sidebar, is where you see and change what Panda knows. It has two parts:
- Needs you: labels you keep changing, and questions Panda couldn't answer from your notes. When it's empty, Panda's doing fine.
- What Panda knows: your labels, your notes, which labels answer on their own, and the name your answers are signed with.
Notes
Your notes are what Panda answers from: delivery times, prices, opening hours, your returns policy, anything you'd normally say. Write them like a document, with headings and lists. Replies use only these notes and the sender's message, so if it isn't in your notes, Panda doesn't make it up.
When Panda can't answer a question, it says what's missing. Type the answer, press Save to notes and redraft, and it's in your notes for next time.
Tell Panda
Tell Panda is a chat docked at the foot of Teach Panda. Tell it what changed in your own words, like "we're closed on Mondays now" or "add a label for wholesale orders". It proposes changes to your labels and notes, and nothing changes until you apply them. With no labels yet, it proposes a starting set.
It can also read your website once per inbox: paste the address and press Read my website. Panda proposes labels and notes from what it finds.
